2. Word of the day! Stereotype:
A stereotype is a thought that may be adopted about specific types of individuals or certain ways of doing things,^[1] but that belief may or may not accurately reflect reality

3. Activity – Stereotype Gallery Walk

Get into groups of 3. Number groups. Go to that number of pic to start. On bell move to next picture.

Answer –

·     What is important to this person?

·     What kind of job does or will this person have?

·     Of I met this person, would we be friends? Why or why not?

5. Discussion: Do you think stereotypes will be evident in the Outsiders? What kind of stereotypes do we have today?
